Mission
Help People to Flourish.
There is more to us human beings than meet the eye - more that is good, valuable and miraculous. We should help each other to connect with what is best in us. The meaning of life lies in bringing forth flourishment in oneself for the sake of others, in celebrating life's emergent miracle in one's own uniqueness and in others.
Each contributes in his or her own style. My own approach is philosophical, thought-intensive and connection-oriented.
I mainly work in the lecture format. These lectures are respectful, narrative and intense. Athosphere is the key, gentle-tuned reasoning and alternatives-seeking inspiration the instruments.
Human beings are inborn thinkers. It is impossible not to think. But are those thoughts our own? Are we tuned to our innermost core thoughts? - Even more important than new knowledge or new skills, I believe, is the movement of thought. My mission is to create platforms for such.
The approach is tender and dynamic and wellcomes people irrespective of her background. The intention is to foster the human growth of each person in her own terms.
Positive Philosophical Practice for the Benefit of Everyday Life
My approach is philosophical and reflective, personal and experiential rather than theoretical and disciplinary. I encourage associative, emotional and humanly tuned thinking. I want people to reconnect with the key truths of their life, rather than those of mine. I want people to feel those truths as they think about them. Life takes place for each personal individually and in the context of the everyday. I conceptualize around concrete examples, using stories and personal experiences. My aim is that each person could find from within uplifting perspectives in the context of her own life, in its broad basic themes and its specific puzzles.
The modes of thinking that I believe are particularly useful are
- personal, even subjective thinking
- emotionally open thinking
- associative thinking
- crystallizing thinking
- affectionate, connection-seeking thinking
- musical (melodical) thinking
The key words are philosophy of life, hope and human growth.
